To develop, update, and standardize SOPs across departments and SEA markets, ensuring processes are clear, practical, consistent, and effectively support teams in daily execution and SOP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
SOP Development for Regional
• Conduct interviews with internal departments to gather process information.
• Standardize workflows, checklists, control points, and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop SOPs for retail, service, and related functions.
• Design and draft SOPs in line with international standards.
• Convert manual and informal processes into standardized SOPs.
Process Mapping & Optimization
• Analyze process bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
• Develop RACI matrices for each process.
• Align and synchronize operational processes across SEA countries.
• Create process flowcharts using Visio, Miro, or Draw.io.
Cross- country Coordination
• Monitor SOP rollout and implementation in the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
• Collect inputs and requirements from Country Managers.
• Consolidate feedback and adapt SOPs for each local market when necessary.
• Ensure SOPs are consistent, practical, and feasible for implementation.
Training & Implementation Support
• Support SOP rollout at offices and retail stores.
• Provide guidance and address questions during SOP execution.
• Prepare training slides, checklists, and implementation guidelines.
• Organize in- person training sessions or develop video training materials.
SOP Audit & Compliance Monitoring
• Coordinate with the Training Manager to conduct retraining when required.
• Conduct or support periodic SOP audits.
• Identify gaps and deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Design SOP audit checklists.
Documentation Management
• Control access rights and manage confidential documents.
• Maintain a structured and well- organized documentation system.
• Build and maintain the regional SEA SOP Library.
• Manage clear version control (V1, V2, Updated, etc.).
