Retail Supervisor (1 Year Contract) Shiseido Cosmetics Vietnam CO., LTD

Supporting the Retail Manager in the operation of retail counters
- Retail payment: Handle payments related to retail expenses (rent, utilities, laundry, office supplies/tools, store maintenance/repairs).
- Tester management: Monitor and report quarterly tester quantities, ensure reasonable usage, and propose new orders to replace expired testers at stores.
- Report: Assist RM in compiling and preparing monthly reports, including sales reports, business reviews, stock reports (expiry, slow- moving, reno, out of stock), and promotion reports.
- Stock management: Track inventory by counter and product to ensure safety levels. Monitor expiration dates and inventory at each store, encourage managers to push out old/expired stock, and assist in allocating goods between counters.
- VMD management: Monitor adherence to display standards in stores, provide feedback on the condition of fixtures/VMD for renewal, and support store maintenance when needed.
- Team engagement: Build positive relationships with Store Managers and Personal Beauty Specialists, support RM in morale- boosting activities (team lunches, quarterly meetings, birthdays).
- Sales management & forecast: Monitor product sales figures, understand fluctuations, and incorporate market demand, customer needs, and marketing activities into monthly forecasts.
- Promotion management: Track promotional product quantities, suggest rotation/supplementation to RM and Marketing Manager, monitor discount budget usage, analyze promotion effectiveness, and propose improvements to Marketing.

- Minimum 2 years of equivalent position experience. Prefer candidates with experience in the cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry.
- Personality: Energetic, quick- witted, open- minded, positive thinking
- Skills: Excellent Excel proficiency, confident communication, English: reading & writing- satisfactory level.
