Revenue Manager cum Reservation Manager/ Quản Lý Doanh Thu & Đặt phòng

Uphold professionalism, team spirit, and compliance with all resort policies
Supervise, train, and evaluate reservation team members
Represent the resort positively with guests, hosts, and external partners
Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Review and improve reservation processes and SOPs
Prepare and conduct training plans and performance reviews
Maintain effective communication with other departments
Handle guest requests related to room types and discounts
Coordinate with Revenue and relevant teams to manage availability and close- outs
Oversee reservation entry and updates in the system (PMS)
Monitor travel agent allotments and overbooking situations
Solve reservation- related guest complaints promptly
Ensure reservation requests and emails are responded to within 24 hours
Implement Six Senses standards and best practices in all reservation activities
Supervise and manage all room bookings, both local and international
Support the Director of Revenue in achieving occupancy and rate targets

3+ years in reservations, including 1 year in a leadership role
Experience in inventory control, overbooking management, and guest service
Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
Understanding of revenue reports and cost control
Detail- oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
High level of professionalism and guest- focused mindset
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Strong knowledge of PMS (e.g., OPERA, MSC) and reservation systems
Familiar with luxury hospitality standards
