Mô tả công việc

• Ensures that all target market segments are developed for the long- term benefit of the property&039;s business, performs competitive benchmark studies, and follows market trends. Also creates and develops pricing strategies and manages all third- party distribution.
• Monitor and determine demand periods for function space, rooms, and catering through an analysis of historical data and current bookings. Responsible for tracking and analysing of booking pace, group wash, cut off enforcement for groups as well as denied and regretted business.
• Understand the composition of apartment profitability and evaluate business from local accounts and groups to provide input to future rate setting and negotiation.
• Provide technical support to Reservations and Front Office on up- selling and negotiating techniques.
• Facilitate the Revenue Room Meeting, generate and analyse reports for meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc. on the revenue room walls.
• Manage use of revenue systems daily, including the responsibility for any manipulation of the yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing where appropriate.
• Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understand the dynamic of the local market and demand generators and recommend appropriate actions to the Revenue Room Taskforce in relation to the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy.
• Update and share information in the areas of a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial reports, meeting space allocation, guest capture rates, loyalty program penetration, system contribution and trends in rooms and non- rooms revenues by channel, segment and account.
• Conduct weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings with General Manager, DOSM, Reservation, and Front Office Manager.
• Train and support hotel teams on revenue system functionality and enhancements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Local Vietnamese
- Possess excellent communication and decision- making skills and an astute business acumen.
- Having a strong work ethic and organizational skills and be competent at interpreting data and performing statistical analysis. Strong teamwork skills will also be paramount.
- Good customer service skills, outgoing and friendly.
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, enthusiastic.
- Hardworking, honest, and accurate- good work ethics.
- Well- groomed, self- initiator and self- motivated, outgoing, pleasant looking and goal- oriented- achiever.
- At least 2- 3 years’ experience as Revenue Manager in International Hotel chain
- Good understanding of reservation system (HIS or Fidelio), strong analytical skills, able to do forecasting and reports, good understanding of Revenue/ Yield Management.
