REVIT MEP Modeler (Electric, Hydraulic, Mechanical, HVAC)

• Ensure drawings are compliant with building code and guidelines to design, draft drawings, technical instructions and documents related to HVAC systems
• Delivering Clash- Detection reporting plus solving
• Managing and integrating the data for interoperability across software applications
• Implement other tasks when higher level assign
• Deliver and check high- quality BIM models, data, and documentation to ensure quality of service. Development of sound drawing presentation and understanding are essential as is the level of understanding of the design & building process
• Revit Modelling production, drawing and detailing for the MEP.
• Support colleagues to complete tasks when required
• Maintain and expand industry awareness.

• Deploying and developing REVIT drawings and BIM models for the company

• Graduated from university, major in HVAC, Electric, Hydraulic, Mechanical Construction and related fields
• Have 2 to 4 years related experience required
• Hard- working, be ready to learn new things
• Having writing and reading skill in English
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks
• Must have experience interpreting MEP system modeling and coordinating various projects.
• Having the ability to work under high pressure
• Open for member level to leader level
