* Leadership and Managerial Duties:
- As a key role player in a Market Leading Force, you will immerse our Guests in rich food experiences leaving lasting Impressions by bringing Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy to life on a plate
- Continuously identify market needs, trends, and ensure that all menu offerings reflect these as well as
- Assisting the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the entire day to day ever – evolving A la Carte and Buffet Food Operation for our Regent Guests
- Lead by example and Leverage your Culinary Skills and those of your team in a healthy work environment to provide our Guests with uniquely Regent moments
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in creating an identity for the Rice Market, which harmoniously blends the Multi- sensory and Culinary themes incorporating both Vietnamese and Chinese Cuisines as well as the key components of Fresh Seafood and Rice
- Creativity, Leadership, Organizational Skills and Advanced Planning in conjunction with the Chef de Cuisine /Executive Chef /Executive Sous chef will be a key part of your daily focus to maintain Operational Excellence.

- Plan and implement in conjunction with the Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef uniquely memorable and effective food promotions
- Constantly drive and motivate your team to create specific WOW moments of surprise and delight for our Guests
- Interact daily with our Guests to provide a high level of bespoke Personalized Menus and Service for all Culinary Offerings which reflect the Guests needs and Sense of Occasion
- Curiosity to Explore- To assist the Chef de Cuisine in Curating a Signature Range of Inspiring Discoveries for our guests, which meet and exceed their needs. This is reflected through your offering in line with the Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy
- Passionately drive your team to ensure that all tasks are completed timeously and to the highest standard
- Create a flexible approach within your team while still offering clear direction and guidance to ensure Regent consistency throughout your production
Guest Experience duties:
- Personally monitors and follows through on any requirements of VIP guests and special dietary requirements.
- Create individual seasonal identities for the food in the Ocean Club and ensure that these offerings are pertinent to our Regent Guests needs
- Ensures customer satisfaction in accordance to the Regent Distinction Service Behaviours, the Strategic Brand Pillars and the respective service standards of Regent Brand
- Personally meets potential event guests for menu planning and discussions. Interact with Regent guests on daily basis in the outlets and create a meaningful relationship
- He must ensure that all food offerings on the resort are the most attractive and tasteful possible to provide always the best quality food to our guest

Yêu cầu công việc

* Qualification:
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
* Experience:
- 7 years minimum in five- star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
* Service years in supervisor/manager level:
- 2 Years previous experience in same position
* Knowledge and skills:
- Budget of the Rice Market kitchen
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Solid communication & training skills
- Menu compilation skills
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and abide by their terms
- Working with multi- cultural teams
- Competitor/ best practice knowledge
- Food cost of the Rice Market kitchen
* Language:
- Good comprehension of the English language
