Rider Training & Engagement Associate

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for improving placement of rider resources, bringing a good impression and best experience for drivers at the recruitment stage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Improve the driver satisfaction level after training and driver satisfaction ratings;
- Enhance rider engagement and sentiment by implementing benefit/ care programs and engagement events;
Engagement
- Provide trainings/offline sessions to improve driver quality;
- Gather feedback from riders through formal and informal settings (i.e surveys and face-to-face focus groups) to understand and represent rider opinions in decisions across the business.
- Create a "BAEMIN know-how" to help drivers solve common situations/problems during the application measurement process according to the company&039;s requirements;
- Improve placement of driver resources to bring the best experience for drivers;
Training
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Sustain and improve rider sentiment, rider image/ quality and operational excellence by involving and working closely with internal team/ other teams;

- Excellent presentation skills (making slides and training style), communication skills, and time management;
- A Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resources/Marketing or relevant fields.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Flexibility, Responsibility, Cooperation, Result-oriented, Detail-oriented
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position, training field, operation or other related positions.
- Knowledge about the rider recruitment and training process, and creating video tutorials for handling situations is strongly preferred;
- Hardworking, high responsibility, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-confident.

- People-oriented mindset, constantly strive for improvement; leadership.
- Strong written communication skill, and excellent presentation skill in front of a large audience;
