Process risk assessment -existing facility
- Carried out CnHm audit for the following year"
- Update GRA scenarios and identify related safety barriers with sites
- Provide support when deployment
- Ensure that EIS governance is well set (related equipment, testing philosophy, setting under CMMS)
- Ensure that the latest GRA is implemented
- Identify ARA update program for the following year
- Track deployment progress with sites
- Identify EIS
Project Risk management
- Participate risk assessment for all projects in ALV
- Make list of PRIs and their status and update
Document control
- Monitor implement QHSE GE/GT for facility
- Support facility intergrade QHSE GE/GT and implementation
QHSE tasks in North
- As North QHSE officer for the following tasks in North:
- Safety training (ALV and/or contractors, customer) when required.
- Manage PPE at company level.
- Site safety present to visitors.
Local regulation compliance
- Support North facilities for QHSE local permit/ training.
- Advise customer for local regulation compliance related with ALV product and service
- Participate Compliance audit for North facilities.
- Participate regulation watch and follow up/monitor action plan with action owner
ISO management in North
- Check and support to ensure ISO requirements is implemented in North.
- Participate ISO audit (external & Internal)
Other tasks upon request
- Tasks assigned by QHSE Manager

- Technical University Diploma
- Risk management and risk assessment tools.
- Some ISO systems: ISO 9001; ISO 14001 etc.
- Cylinder filling knowledge.
- Intermediate in English
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Safety management knowledge
- Knowledge of Local regulation systems
- Bachelor Degree
- Aware and understand ASU technology and operation.
- Experience in Safety & environment management

13th month bonus, Target nominal bonus, Desktop/ Laptop

Health care 24/7, Monday–Friday: 8:00–17:00; Annual leave is 12 days
