Risk Management Specialist (Purchasing/Sourcing/Internal control/Audit background required)

· Prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports and application list
· Maintain records and files.
· Purchase a variety of supplies, equipment and materials effectively and efficiently
· Control & evaluate risks for purchasing transactions regarding to maintenance & repair service from Technical service & Maintenance, Sourcing, Supply Chain Dept.
· Assist in checking all documents related to purchasing for quality, risk management, and compliance purposes.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
· Follow up credit rating & credit limit of consignment stock at out- sourcing warehouses
· Proceed credit rating & credit limit for suppliers with advance payment transactions
· Meet schedules and time lines.
· Fulfill ad- hoc requests from other departments regarding suppliers: bad debts case, security deposit, supplier evaluation, supplier audit…
· Prepare deliberations as Chart of Decision Making Regulation process if any
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
· Evaluate prices, terms, discounts and quantities to purchase items cost- effectively

· Proficient knowledge in current business processes and system
· 2+ years of significant experience in purchasing, risk management, supply chain management, Internal control or Audit
· Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
· Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a self- directed manner as well as in a team
· Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities
· Team work, ethical, proactive & supportive.
· Good communication skills (EN & VN)
· Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
