Robotics Engineer

We are looking for a Robotics Engineer who will take responsibility for supporting the technical aspects of robotics and robot- related products.
Servo Dynamics Engineering Co,Ltd is a subsidiary of Servo Dynamcis Pte Ltd.
And we are the Authorized Distributor of Universal robots, Onrobot, Rockwell Automation and over 30 other Brands.
- Report directly to the Robotics Manager.
- Update Participate in trade shows, seminars, and marketing activities as technical expert when required.
- Responsible for technical support and deployment of robotics systems and related products (vision systems, accessories, software, etc.).
- Assist in product selection and model recommendation for both the sales team and end users.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers after internal certification or technology handover.
- Collaborate with the sales team to perform live product demonstrations, workshops, and events for customers.
- Participate in training programs organized by manufacturers and partners to receive technology transfer and stay up- to- date with the latest advancements.
- customers on new products and technologies relevant to their industry and application.
- Cooperate with the sales team in promoting product range to new and existing customers through presentations, proof of concepts, performance tests, etc.
- Support sales department with technical input and respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications and applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during project execution and service delivery.
- Provide on- site and remote service support to customers, including guiding in system setup/configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of robots and ecosystem products.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Robotics Manager
- Provide technical consultation to customers to help maximize product performance and ensure optimal use in their applications.
- Prepare and present technical proposals to support sales efforts.

Job Requirement

- Self- motivated and flexible
- Able to travel for working frequently
- Experience in Robot programming is a plus.
- Technical College or Bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control engineering or Mechatronics engineering or related filed
- Attitude to learn quickly and be able to work independently
- 2 years work experience in technical support or equivalent field
- Good problem solving, communications, presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
