RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Intern is responsible for supporting the Business Development team in their efforts to generate new leads, grow the company&039;s customer base, bring in new customers and close deals.

Monitor CRM tool to help manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Assist in developing and execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing various channels such as email marketing & trade show exhibition;
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, provide prompt customer support by addressing inquiries, following up, resolving issues, and gathering feedback;
Qualify leads and schedule appointments;
Conduct market research and identify potential customers;
Create and deliver product proposals and sales presentations to new customers;

QUALIFICATIONS

Energetic, fast learners, ability to adapt quickly;
Good at MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Results and goals oriented;
Fluent in English;
Ability to work independently and teamwork, adapting to a fast- paced and multi- cultural collaborative environment;
Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain / Retail / International Trade is greatly preferred;
Education background in Business, International Trade or relevant fields; final- year student is preferred;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
