Đáp ứng kịp thời các yêu cầu từ khách hàng và các bộ phận khác. Xác định và báo cáo các vấn đề phòng ngừa hoặc bảo trì khác ở khu vực công cộng hoặc phòng khách. Đăng các biển cảnh báo. Liên hệ trực tiếp với các bộ phận khác để sửa chữa khẩn cấp. Cung cấp các yêu cầu của khách và sắp xếp đồ đạc trong phòng của khách theo yêu cầu. Loại bỏ các vật dụng khỏi hành lang và vận chuyển đến các khu vực dịch vụ, bao gồm rác thải, khay đựng thức ăn và đồ uống của dịch vụ phòng, báo chưa đọc, khăn trải giường bẩn và thùng rác đặt gần xe đẩy của Quản gia. Làm sạch, bảo trì và bảo quản các thiết bị vệ sinh.
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Post caution signs. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested. Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash placed near Housekeeper carts. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.

Feel comfortable working in a fast- paced environment requiring multitasking
Tourism & Hospitality experience preferred
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Strong problem- solving skills required
High school diploma or suitable equivalent
