• To clean the closet, re- arrange hangers, slippers, laundry bag, flashlight, bathrobe, check the condition of safety box, note down on your worksheet and inform to Housekeeping office if any problem.
• Attend to guest calls, guest requirements and guest complaints in the assigned areas.
• Guest clothing items are neatly arranged, folded and placed on surface or on the bed, shoes are neatly arranged in pairs
• To open all curtain, balcony door, collect all rubbish and dirty linen, turn off unnecessary electric devices
• Re- arrange maid cart and refill chemical before ending your shift
• The rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook.
• Reports for work on time wearing a clean and tidy uniform and neatly groomed per standards
• Responsible for the cleanliness of working areas and guest floor corridor
• To be responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.
• Responsible for the hotel property in the work area.
• To replenish amenities and supplies according to the operational standards
• Ensure all guest room door is properly closed and secured when departing
• To participate in the daily briefing with the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor
• To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Housekeeping Manager
• To prepare maid cart with proper clean linens, guest amenities and supplies
• To clean guest bathroom and replenish towel if necessary
• To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, Health and safety and to handle all equipment, utensils and uniforms with care
• Correct using chemical and cleaning towel for each purpose, red colour cloth is for toilet, blue colour is for multipurpose and yellow colour is for dust furniture
• To dust the room and furniture, guest belongings are always respected, cash and other personal items (receipts, credit card, passport, etc…) are not touched
• Water glasses are not emptied as they may contain medicine or contact lenses
• To understand and strictly adhere to
• To report and record Lost and Damaged items. Lost and found
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
