Room Division Manager

Strictly control the number of bookings through OTA and other channels.
Work closely with other department heads, especially Marketing Department, to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments, in order to improve business conduct..
Manage the overall performance of the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservation team.
Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and personalized guest services.
Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and reservations to optimize revenue and occupancy.
Make analysis and forecasts related to the occupancy, number of rooms and residents both periodically and unexpectedly.
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of managed staff.
Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for rooms and guest services.
Develop and manage the room department budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Associate/Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong leadership, team management, problem- solving and decision- making skills.
At least 04 years of experience in hotel/service apartment management, with a focus on room division operations.
In- depth knowledge of hotel/service apartment operations, reservations systems, and housekeeping procedures.
Fluently English
