RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete additional responsibilities and assignments as necessary.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to analyze and automate business processes, creating documentation such as BRD, PDD, test scenarios, and project reports.
• Be responsible for maintaining and optimizing bot efficiency, addressing user feedback, and providing necessary updates or enhancements, as well as providing training and knowledge transfer to end- users and support teams on operating and maintaining automation robots effectively.
• Create automation bots using RPA tools like UiPath or PowerAutomate, configure robot workflows, define data inputs and outputs, and implement decision- making logic to handle exceptions and errors.
• Conduct comprehensive testing on robots to ensure they function correctly in various scenarios, including unit testing, UAT tests, integration testing, and end- to- end testing, while also debugging and troubleshooting any encountered issues or errors.
• Design automation solutions based on process analysis, creating detailed process flow diagrams and defining automation logic, following Sisua Digital standards and determining data/exception handling procedures.
• Work closely with IT team to integrate automation solutions with existing systems, applications, and databases, ensure smooth deployment of bots into production environments while assisting Solution Consultants with documents such as SDD and providing project updates weekly and monthly.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong proficiency in English and communication skills is required, with the ability to confidently engage with international clients.
• Graduated students from Information Technology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences/ Mechatronics or relevant background.
• Proficient in one of the following programming languages: C, C+, VB.Net, Python.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, possess strong problem analysis and solving skills.
• Willing to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in programming or implementing RPA projects is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in RPA and UiPath solutions, UiPath certificates
