RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor the performance of deployed bots and identify opportunities for further automation or optimization to ensure their smooth operation, efficiency, and reliability
• Control the testing phase to ensure that the RPA bots function as expected and Managing customer expectations
• Comprehend the client&039;s business processes, pain points, and objectives. Gather requirements and identify processes suitable for automation
• Complete additional responsibilities and assignments as necessary
• Assist IT team to develop and implement the RPA solutions
• Be responsible for related documents with the customers like BRD, PDD, Proposal, MSA, SO, reports, project updates weekly & monthly, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, possess strong problem analysis and solving skills
• Graduated students from Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences or IT relevant background
• Familiar with various RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc
• Strong proficiency in English and communication skills is required, with the ability to confidently engage with international clients
• Willing to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
• Proficient in one of the following programming languages: C, C+, VB.Net, Python is a plus
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in relevant positions is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in RPA and UiPath solutions, UiPath certificates
