We are looking for a Ruby Developer to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you will take ownership of backend systems built with Ruby on Rails, driving the development and operation of web services across diverse client industries. You’ll work closely with planners and frontend engineers to deliver stable, scalable, and impactful products.
We are especially interested in candidates who bring not only technical expertise but also user empathy and a proactive approach to problem- solving.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operate backend services using Ruby on Rails.
Maintain code quality through refactoring, testing, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with planners and frontend developers to deliver high- quality product experiences.
Understand business requirements from clients across various industries and translate them into stable, functional systems.
Build and improve backend systems for internal and client DevOps projects.

Proficiency in Ruby and strong understanding of web backend development.
Quick to learn and adopt new languages or frameworks as needed.
Solid experience with web frameworks, databases, and server- side programming.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to write clean, reliable code.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Strong SQL skills and experience in database performance tuning.
Experience or strong interest in AI- native development (e.g., LLMs, AI Agents, AI Workflows).
Interest or experience in AI- assisted coding workflows such as Vibe Coding.
Hands- on experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
Background in computer science or related technical field—or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
