Ruby On Rail Developer

Work with cross- functional to understand requirements and translate those requirements to code, ensuring high quality of software craftsmanship
Design and implement backend code of the application/ system
Learn the best software engineering practices, for writing apps.
Maintain, improve and suggest existing codebases in the organization
Participate in code and design reviews
Identify and resolve performance issues

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps culture
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with gem and APIs (Example as devise)
Knowledge of Scrum and TDD development process
Knowledge of MVC, Active Record, ORM
Have had hands- on experience with local databases such as Sqlite, MySQL or ElasticSearch
At least 3- year experience in Ruby on Rails development
Experience working with microservices architecture
Good at English or Japanese

Salary review 2 times/year or on excellent performance
