Ruby On Rail Developer (Remote)

Perform UI tests to validate system functionality.
Stay up- to- date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and apply them to operations and activities.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, or reliable Ruby on Rails code.
Ensure the security of the website and user information.
Build and maintain scalable infrastructure to support new features and technologies.
Analyze data, processes, and code to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Short term contract 6 months.
Restructure data and improve application features for better performance.
Optimize the performance of interactions between a Ruby- on- Rails application and a MySQL database.
Assist with planning to ensure the continued scalability of applications.
Lead and contribute to the development of robust architecture and user- centric functionality.

Must:
4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development..
How to benchmark the app, and not just for speed but also memory, network i/o, disk i/o, etc.
Background jobs, when to use them or not, common things that can go wrong, etc., and preferably different processors (such as Sidekiq and Resque) and their differences and relative merits.
Have knowledge and experience in using MySQL.
Optimization techniques for large databases skills.
REST APIs, including designing, implementing, and consuming them.
Experience prefer:
Work experience as a Ruby Developer.
Work experience in google API, JSON API
Expertise in Rails.
Reviewing Ruby code skills
Work experience with AWS services.
Hands- on experience writing command- line apps using Ruby libraries.
Note:
From 2nd, fully remote
1st Month- remote 4 days- onsite 1 day per week.

Young, dynamic environment.
6- month contract.
Work remotely, flexible working hours.
Working time: Monday to Friday.
Salary 25- 30 million.
