Ruby On Rails Engineer (Senior/Tech Lead)

Design and develop services which can handle a massive amount of data
Monitor application performance and fix system failures
Leadership experience will be a big plus point
Write clean and maintainable code
Design good database considering functional and non- functional requirements
Improve code by continuous refactoring

Must- Have

Experience with automation testing, E2E testing
Good understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns and best practices
English: good communication skill
Senior level: From 4 years experience with Ruby on Rails
Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL including performance tuning and optimization
Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization
Strong sense of ownership
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker
Extensive knowledge of web security
Experience with complicated system architecture which includes API linkage with external systems
Principal level: From 7- 8 years with backend development, and from 5 years experience with Ruby on Rails

Nice- To- Have

Experience with service operation on production
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience with frontend development (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS)
