- Design and develop new features for the software.
- Analyze client requirements to develop functional and technical software requirements.
- Supervise and support other developers in fulfilling tasks and improving their skills.
- Collaborates with development, QA, product, and customer support teams all over the world.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the existing application.
- Helping team members with a collaborative spirit.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Present new and innovative ideas.

- Vital insight into Ruby syntax and its nuances.
- Solid SQL / relational database experience (Postgres is a plus).
- Understanding of Agile development and Scrum practices.
- A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
- Experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with Redis and Sidekiq.
- 1+ years of overall software development experience using Ruby and Rails frameworks.
- Solid understanding of object- oriented programming.
- Experience with version control (Git, GitHub).

Working Shifts (From Mon to Fri)
This position requires candidates to be willing to change shifts depending on project requirements. The working shifts are in the following list:
• Afternoon- Evening: 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM (including 1hour dinner break and can add/subtract 1 hour depending on the season)
• Regularly: 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM (including 1.5 hours lunch break)
