Safety And Hygiene Specialist

JOB OBJECTIVES:
• Guarantee Food Safety & Hygiene including all Food Safety Legal documents and implement for cinemas nationwide are met compulsory requirements.
• Improve service quality at cinemas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and conduct the development plan on safety management tasks.
• Create the solutions and analyze the risks/incidents.
• Review facilities and propose/ equip new equipment to improve (if any).
• Build up regulation, SSOPs, and checklists as FQMS standards/Safety Standards that comply with Vietnamese laws, as well as CJ group requirements and International Food standards.
• Review regulations, checklists and training materials and delivery information to cinema teams. Manage and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Spread out the best practice of safety prevention.
• Build up and upgrade Internal/external Audit, control quality in process, and perform audit assessment.
• Supervisor & audit on Site safety (fire prevention, electric safety, labor safety, etc.)
• Plan and manage strategy and budget to maintain and improve Food Quality Management system (FQMS) for all cinemas.

• HACCP Certificate, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 are preferable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Safety & Hygiene, QC or relevant scope of work in F&B, Food industry
• Willing to travel
• Solid written and verbal English communication skills
• Multi- task handling skills
• Graduated from College, University; major in Food Technology, Labour Safety is preferable.
• Good Presentation skills
