Safety HSE Engineer

- Reporting and investigating HSE incidents, gathering feedback, and communicating lessons learned and best practice to the wider business.
- Planning and executing HSE, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility related projects, managing resources, and reporting on objectives and progress to milestones.
- Facilitating HSE risk assessments by line management involving those directly and indirectly concerned by hazards, ensuring all processes and corrective actions are implemented to protect our employees from harm.
- Ensuring that the appropriate health, safety and environmental equipment and tools are available and used, identifying and planning required training for colleagues, and ensuring compliance with company management system.
- Empowering the management team to understanding obligations, liability and how to fulfil their roles, according to local HSE law and company policy, instructions and standards.
- Prepare and submit all required reports.- Other tasks/ projects assigned by manager.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Safety, HSE
- Good knowledge about HSE, Industrial safety and International Safety Standards
- Qualification: Bachelor/master degree in related field
- Well trained on ISO standards: Health, Safety and Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SEND CV IN ENGLISH
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and time- management skills
- In- depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Good communication in English
