Safety Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker&039;s compensation claims.
To inspect the quality of equipment, machinery and power tool
To translate the document to Vietnamese Language
You are responsible to prevent any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
To inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non- conformity.
To conduct regular safety meetings within Swisslog internal, General Contractor and client safety officer
You are responsible to monitor all sub- contractors on site installation.
To conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of working experience with onsite safety management experience.
Work experience in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management auditing.
At least bachelor&039;s degree in quality Environment Management, Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
Excellent knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment Legislation and standards would be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Possesses Safety Quality Certificate by Vietnam Government
Demonstrable experience in complex stakeholder management and working in a cross- functional team.
Good observation, influencing and auditing skills.
This position is open for candidates to be based at Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
