Sale Admin Intern

Schedule meetings and manage calendars within a team.
Follow travel request and report.
Coordinate internal/external events and speaking engagements.
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Help with daily time management.
Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to smoothly proceed related documents, contracts, quotations in a timely manner.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Doing market research on targeted segments to build up a potential list of customers for the B2B department.
Making cold calls, sending emails to approach target customers.
Making quotations for newly acquired customers and contract preparation.
Run errands as requested.
Red invoice, paperwork preparation as department’s requirement.
Paperwork (Copy/Notarized) with Legal.

Good problem- solving & communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Put customer service first mindset
Good English is preferable
Highly responsibilities and result oriented
