Sale And Marketing Assistant

SALE AND MKT SUPPORT
• Support Sales & MKT team to directly do campaigns and work with related departments
• Coordinate with sale team to prepare for demand generation activities deployment
• Coordinate with tenants and agencies to handle administrative procedures
• Conduct interview with farmers, channel partners to get insight & feedback
• Handle, manage & follow up all documents of sales & MKT scope such as sales contract, invoice, payment/collection, …
• Track and monitor sale out & sale in program
DOCUMENTATION WITH RELATED TEAM
• Prepare and keep track documents for promotional program (scheme)
• Deliver and manage POSM allocation
REPORT
• Daily check on-ground activities
• Sale data analysis
• Collect, research and make report about competitors&039; information, market situation, competitor movement, demand of customers, potential inquiries,...
• Make report sale out & sale in program
OTHERS
• Take field trip as request
• Other assigned task

• Analytical mindset, result orientation, multi-tasking skill, hard-working, communication skill
• Passion for Agriculture industry
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Bachelor&039;s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics preferred). At least 1 year of working experience required, Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields experience.

Representative Office of UPL Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hochiminh City: 6th floor, Golden King Building, 15 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7

Salary and Bonus: negotiable depending on ability
