Sale Assisstant

- Another task upon Manager’s request
- Support customer after sales (billing, invoice, trouble report…)
- Try to build and keep good relations with customers, Account Manager, and relevant sections.
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs continuously
- Sometime visit Vendor for register service as customer representative
- Report updates verbally and in written to Manager and team in charged
- After getting the customer’s PO, coordinate Procurement Team to proceed with the orders.
- After getting requirements from customers, coordinate the Sales Support team to make quotations.
- Process document: contract with Vendor and re- contract to customer, prepare document for closing case & issue invoice
- Provide valuable assistance to Japanese Account Manager
- Organize and monitor schedules to meet the deadline
- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside (customer, Vendors, ISP) efficiently
- Liaise with Vendor to site survey, collect information & negotiate the price
- Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, as well as relevant documents or information.
- Visit customer site.
- Translate documents

- Coordination and organization skills.
- Office computer skill
- Japanese is a must, N2 or equivalent level.
- Good communicate in English
