JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Sales Assistant to support CEO and PMO team in managing client- related procedures, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, highly organized, and fluent in English, with a strong interest in international business and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Draft professional emails, presentations, and reports for client communications.
Ensure smooth internal coordination between Sales, PMO, and Delivery teams.
Help maintain and update CRM systems and sales trackers.
Support in scheduling and preparing for client meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Work closely with the CEO to manage and coordinate business communications, especially with international clients.
Maintain and track documentation related to sales and project engagements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.).
Proactively identify and resolve minor administrative or communication issues before they escalate.
Assist the PMO team with customer- related procedures, including contract preparation, NDA signing, and onboarding.
Support lead nurturing and follow- up activities that may lead to successful deal closures.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to identify upselling or cross- selling opportunities.
Strong organizational and time- management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive documents with confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, IT, or related field.
Sharp, adaptable, and proactive personality with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
Experience or interest in closing deals and growing into a Sales or Business Development position.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a software outsourcing company.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to enhance productivity, draft communications, summarize meetings, or support documentation tasks.
Nice- to- Have
Experience working with foreign clients in software development or technology services.
Understanding of software development project lifecycle and client engagement models.
Knowledge of legal or contract- related documentation (NDAs, MSAs, etc.).
