Sale Assistant/ Trợ Lý Kinh Doanh/ Sale Admin (Japanese Speaker - Yêu Cầu Tiếng Nhật N2 )

Support customer after sales (billing, invoice, trouble report...)
Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via telephone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, as well as relevant documents or information.
After getting the customer’s PO, coordinate Procurement Team to proceed with the orders.
Another task upon Manager’s request
Organize and monitor schedules to meet the deadline
Translate documents
Provide valuable assistance to Japanese Account Manager
Visit customer site.
After getting requirements from customers, coordinate the Sales Support team to make quotations.
Report updates verbally and in written to Manager and team in charged
Liaise with Vendor to site survey, collect information & negotiate the price
Try to build and keep good relations with customers, Account Manager, and relevant sections.
Sometime visit Vendor for register service as customer representative
Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside (customer, Vendors, ISP) efficiently
Process document: contract with Vendor and re- contract to customer, prepare document for closing case & issue invoice
Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs continuously

• Others (if any): Communication style should be clear, concise, accurate and well- planned
• Knowledge: Specializing in business administration, sales field is recommended
• Experience: Having at least 1 year of experience in sales administration
• Skills: good Japanese communication (N2 or better), MS office skills including Word & Excel
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields
