Sale Coordinator

In this role, you&039;ll split your time between managing leads and data (60%) and account management (40%).
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing lead generation campaigns to expand the customer base.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date lead data within the CRM system.
Support the analysis of lead generation performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
With guidance, support the identification and qualification of potential customers through strategic prospecting.
Collaborate with sales, marketing teams, and other departments to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities.
Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and lead management.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and document management.

2- 3 years of experience as Sales administration, Sales coordination with excels skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with CRM software and lead generation tools is an advantage
Great in data analysis and reporting, especially using Excel.
