SALE EXECUTIVE (GARMENT / TEXTILE / FOOTWEAR) - (English & Chinese) - 6_month contract

Forwards potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate and promotes collaboration to ensure successful conversion.
Identifies, conducts research, plans, and contacts potential clients to establish new business to achieve targeted revenue growth.
Ensures timely and professional submission of all information and proposals as requested by clients, ensuring follow- up until closure.
Provides agreed billing arrangement to the invoicing team and provides details of payment arrangements to assist collection of all assigned accounts.
Prepares quotation, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines.
In conjunction with overall sales strategy, creates sales plans to grow INTERTEK revenue for designated industry, market segment, accounts and/or geographical location.
Resolves customer complaints by addressing problems, facilitating the development of solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to managers.
Collaborates marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate.
Maintains awareness and knowledge of all INTERTEK services, ensuring that the full range of INTERTEK services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Liaises with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business.
Tracks competitor activity.
Monitors customer satisfaction and settlement of accounts with INTERTEK.
Maintains positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts.
Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports of sales activities, especially client visits/calls.

Mature, self- disciplined, and results- driven
Strong interpersonal skills and customer friendly
Speak English fluently.
Chinese is advantage.
Clear and articulate presentation & communication skills
University graduated in Economics / Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2 years of corporate sales experience / textile testing service and customer handling.
