Sale & Marketing Assistant To CEO - Chỉ Tuyển Nữ Từ 27 Tuổi Trở Lên - Lương Từ 15 Triệu

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and General Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail- oriented, and have a strong background in digital marketing who can be Marketing Manager in the next 3- 5 years. This role requires a self- driven individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. The position offers a competitive and negotiable salary.
Responsibilities:

Follow up clients and prepare of sales- related documents, such as quotations, non- disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities such as content writing, managing company website, social channels and other digital platforms.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external service providers, departments, ensuring effective communication and follow- up on assigned tasks.
Prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for CEO
Coordinate and manage the CEO&039;s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Bonus points for applicants who have studied abroad, at international universities, or attended one of the top 4 universities in Vietnam.
27- 35 years old.
Female applicants only
At least 2 years experience in online Marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated traits of being careful, detail- oriented, and goal- oriented.
Efficient English language skills in both speaking and writing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.

Working from Monday to Friday only (Saturday and Sunday are off the calendar)
