We currently have 20 selected active employees and a network of more than 400 freelance collaborators (including Internal Recruiters and Headhunters).

GATA has provided recruitment consulting services for over 250 startups (primarily helping them build core teams) and various outsourcing companies, successfully placing more than 600 candidates in key positions since 2017.
- Target Market: Vietnam, the United States, Singapore, and remote positions. We are expanding into other international markets.

Responsibility
**🔍 Recruitment (50%)**
- Employer Branding: Assist in creating engaging content for recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our talent pool database, ensuring accurate and up- to- date information.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure a good fit for our clients.
**💼 Sales & Business Development (50%)**
- Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our recruitment services.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

WORKING HOURS
Working Date: Remote(HCM), Monday to Friday, Flexible Saturday (US, EU clients)
Time:
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Interns must commit to at least 8 working shifts/week (morning or afternoon).
- Full- time availability is preferred.
