Completing the revenue & KPI targets assigned by the Line manager in each period of business.
Support the department head with administrative tasks and perform other support tasks for the sales department, if directed by superiors.
Make the estimation and proposal and present to the customers professionally via conference call or face- to- face meeting...
Coordinating with other departments to perform tasks within the functions of the department in order to achieve business’s goal
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services; Analysing the customers&039; needs.
Developing new clients for software development business.
Other jobs assigned by the Director if required.
Finding, developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Planning, organising and reporting the results of implementing the sale plan according to the business plans.
In charge of contacting suppliers, partners, and customers; Directly support customers in business activities.
Prepare, draft, and process documents, papers, records, contracts, letters, etc. of customers as well as departments.
Verifying orders, including customers&039; personal information and payment details
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. And monitor and process acceptance (timekeeping, payment request, acceptance minute ...) and payment procedures then coordinate with both parties&039; accounting to make sure the payment is on time and compliant.
Proposing solutions and policies in customer development; Giving suggestions for the Managers in order to improve the sale procedure and working productivity.
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales to managers, sales managers, update sales data, make detailed sales reports, revenue, sales staff debt.
Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks and other tasks if requested.
Contacting customers by phone or email ... to answer queries and obtain missing information
Receive information, update data, and the department&039;s operating situation accurately and completely.
Support Head of Department and other Sales staff in making business plans and strategies. At the same time, monitor and handle arising situations and promptly report to leaders at all levels.

Yêu cầu công việc

2+ years experience in Corporate sales
1+ years experience in Sales Software Service (IT Outsourcing) is a plus
Proven track record in IT software development & services sales.
Skilled in negotiation techniques and commercial understanding of contractual considerations of a software vendor.
Strong business acumen, operations and problem- solving skills, along with the ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus and drive the implementation of related changes.
Excellent communication, organisational, Presentation skills to build strong relationships of trust with customers.
Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google skills.
Advanced English in writing and verbal communication
