SALE SUPERVISOR (HA NOI BASED)

Manage, develop & coach members. Ensure training delivery to the team
Collect, analyse & fully understand market feedbacks as well as sale trend to handle customers service problems, propose ideas on how to optimize & improve sales effectiveness
Plan & deploy the sales plan, sale target to employees as well as distributors at the assigned working areas
Negotiate, align, execute & follow up sale programs, instore activation & promotions in line with Marketing & Trade Marketing strategy
Visit market frequently according master plans to lead the whole process & provide observation, enhancement of the team performance: new products introduction, do merchandise & shelving for current assortments, deliver

customers’ services, sale order, ETC.

Work with Internal Stakeholders in diverse functions to ensure smooth sale operation
Provide reports as assigned

Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
·College/University BA graduate.
· 4- 6years experience as Sale Sup in FMCG/Cosmetics industry.

Personality and Qualities:
·Can travel for working in Provinces
·Eager to learn new things
