Sale Supervisor (Sales Support _ Mlm)

*Job Summary:
Support sales team to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability.
**Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Sales duties (80%):
Assist Sales manager in developing business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals & profitability.
Conduct regular basic training/coaching to distributors (both inside & outside office).
Coordinate with customer service staffs for daily sales report & reconcile.
Collect feedback from Distributors and work with sales team on Sale developments/ improvement.
Assist distributors in organizing local meetings; collecting information from distributors and work with compliance team to get approvals from Vietnamese Authorities for meetings, events.
Prepare all types of sales report or survey as required (trip promotion & other promotion&039;s data).
Event support (10%)
Support marketing team in collecting trip promotion/ event&039;s documents.
Other Duties as Assigned (10%)

* MUST HAVE:
- Ability to cope with stressful and demanding situations.
- Willing to travel, ability to work flexible hours.
- Male, 30- 40 years old, University degree.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & consulting skills.
- Good training, presentation, analyzing skills.
- Good in Excel skill.
* NICE TO HAVE:
- Willing to learn and self- improvement.
- Good English & well understanding MLM, Insurance, FMCG,... is preferred.
- Working environment is primarily an office environment.
- Teamwork and co- operation.
