Responsibilities:
❖ Marketing
- Conduct market research for our target markets to identify selling possibilities
and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively prospecting and Lead generation; build customer database;
- Manage social channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn;
- Manage website content, blog posts and monthly Newsletter;
- Liaise with Sales Director to develop specific sales & marketing strategies;
- Develop effective Sales & marketing collaterals.
- Conduct Competition research and other market analysis on demand;
❖ Business Development
- Business networking
- Bidding/Proposals
- Business correspondence
- Sales channel management
- Sales techniques in IT (Email, Cold- call, Social connects, Ad campaigns, etc)
- Presentation
- Sales process & related templates
❖ Account management
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and
- Event- based customer service
relevant problems
- Ability to contribute to the company profits; take initiatives in approaching clients and expanding customer base;
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques;
