Provide outstanding customer service, to promote Viet Prestige Travel brand and create sales.
Be responsible for sales targets by actively communicating with clients (agents) and finding or open new accounts.
Roles and accountabilities:
Other tasks assigned by the manager
Follow up after the booking.
Communicate with the agents to sell the products and reply to all the other requests from the agent according to the standard of the department.
Do reports according to the requirements of the departments.
Do frequent customer care of the existing agents and new clients (chat, email, phone calls or online meetings).
Co- operate with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour bookings
Create tour proposals; make quotations for all the requests from the agent partners.

High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills.
Enthusiastic, active and open- minded
Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, or Microsoft Outlook ...)
Years of experience: At least 1 year in the same or related position.
Fluent in English
Bachelor/Master Degree in Tourism, Sales and Marketing, Foreign Trade and Economic

The salary depends on years of experiences or capabilities. Basic salary + % commission + Bonus. The total income average ranges from 15 to 30 million VND +++/month
