Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the B2B sector, focusing on both international and local clients, business development. The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Business Development:
Present product/service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales- related inquiries and needs.
Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy Development:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
Support Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
Project Management:
Understand project timelines and planning. Ensure proper project coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to inform decision- making and strategy refinement.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Merchandise to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a commercial mindset.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong project management and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
