Sales Account Manager (Mold - Urgent)

Our Client is a FDI company in Vietnam. They would like to find a Sales Account Manager who will serve as the liaison between companies and customers. This position core priority is addressing customers&039; needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Job Description:
• Customer usage of our product is monitored and analyzed.
• Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Support transfer business and its expansion in Vietnam area.
• Develop new customers in Vietnam area to meet annual sales target.
• Customer and internal team communication.
• On a daily basis, responsible for keeping current clients delighted and providing great client care.
• Communicate the status of monthly/quarterly efforts to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Accept responsibility for completing new and varied requests and look for ways to add value to job successes to improve the department&039;s and organization&039;s reputation.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers by serving as the primary point of contact.
• Responsible for other related work of sales team in Vietnam area.
• With major accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, establish a trusted advisor relationship.
• Form and execute short, middle and long term sales strategies in Vietnam area.
• Customers can receive assistance via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
• Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

- Over 5 years of working experience in mold factory, at least 2 years at management .
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing), Chinese is plus.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Development, Material Processing and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
