Sales Accountant Cum Administration

Location: Jewelry Service Center, 3rd Floor, 35 Dong Khoi
Time working: Mon- Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am to 12 Noon
Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC
Main duties:
Coordinate with other departments for ensure the repair process of watches and jewellery.
Prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
Be responsible for answering and information receiving from incoming calls, requests and products return.
Receive the damaged jewelry from boutique and coordinate related parties, including CS, technicians, boutique, etc. for repairing solutions.
Follow and update weekly jewelry maintenance statics, be mainly responsible for jewelry inventory.
Working closely with jewelry technicians and management levels for appropriate solutions to customer’s demands.
7 Work closely with both foreign and domestic partners to ensure the business operation.
Follow and check attendance/leaves of branch employees according to shift schedules
Other tasks assigned by the management/ CA.
Follow and check OT, Incentive, Payroll for monthly sending report to HR Dept.
Be responsible for monthly operation (ex. stationery, drink water, operation bills,...).
Be responsible for issuing VAT invoices, cash collection and banking and other accounting tasks.
Record, take notes for daily expenses and do monthly expense report.
Work closely with accounting dept for as a sales accountant, doing VAT invoice issuance, daily cash/bank statement, manage AR & inventory list daily/weekly/monthly as requires.

- Having good attitude to learn new skills and ability for quick adaptation.
- Fluent English is a must
- Having at least 01 year of Accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Offices Skills
- Graduated from College/ University
- Able to work solely, having good communication for working with other departments

- Monthly bonus + 13th month/bonus etc depending on performance of the Company and the individual staff
- Indicative salary US$400- 450 per month, negotiable upon ability

- SI Contribution subject to Vietnam Labor Code
