Sales Admin (8-Month Contract)

Making daily report (Price, Sell out, Stock, etc...)
Checking information about the implementation of Sales Promotion, Marketing program on dealer website and at Store
Be a bridge to receive information between dealer and other departments of the company
Reviewing weekly AR Report and manage overdue debt chasing
Others related tasks.
Getting information and raising code for new shop and warehouse of dealer on system
Following new models launching with MKT team and send to dealer
Following and ensuring display plan
Working closely with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point...)
Be willing to sign temporary contract (8 months).
Good at English
University graduated
Freshers with related intern experience are welcome
Hands- on experience in SAP, Power BI software is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skill
