Sales Admin

Key Responsibility:
· Other tasks as requested by Managers & BODs.
· Sending information of customers to shop leaders, so that they will contact and get orders and then proceed order.
· Controlling and filling Goods for shop (by checking Sales reports and inventory reports to make a list and send to shops to review first).
· Making request for transferring back goods from Shops to Warehouse, making request on the system and inform to Logictic and Warehouse so that they can make document and complete request.
· Checking document and transferring goods between shops, or I will make request to transfers goods between shops to balance inventory for sales.
· Flexible in solving problems related to orders or supporting Shops to solve problems related to orders.
· Getting orders from Shops and checking inventory to make orders on the system.
· Updating new order forms for shops.
· Comparing document and orders in the system to make sure orders have been completed.
· Working with Logistics & Warehouse Dept, Accounting Department for related documents (informing SO, PO in the system to make Invoices), and make sure orders will be done on time.
· Checking inventory to inform Shops so that they will contact and inform customers about products, we also support Shop for orders which will be delivered straight to customers.

Requirements and skills:
· Knowledge of supply chain processes .
· Attention to detail.
· Working experience with relevant software.
· Good at Excel.
· Degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field.
· Previous experience as a Sales Admin.
· Strong communication skills & creative problem- solving.
