SALES ADMIN

Accompanying sales representatives on customer visits and overseeing factory quality control
smooth shipment and delivery of goods.
Resolving technical issues at customer sites related to our products.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Preparing import/export shipping documents for customers and closely monitoring to ensure
Maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and suppliers.
Following up and updating production status and vessel schedules to customers.
Receiving and responding to all requests, and claims from customers after sales.
Negotiation and Communication Skills with Customers (Required)**
Managing tasks and providing daily reports.
(both within Vietnam and internationally)
Creating quotations (checking products, pricing, calculating duties, delivery costs, etc.)

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1- 2 years experience in sales admin (Experience in a trading company is a plus).
Business English skills.
Passion for work and international deals.
Excel Skill is a must.
Working Time: Monday- Friday (8:00- 17:00) Saturday (8:00 – 12:00)
Meticulous and agile working style.
University Graduate.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
