Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth.
Customer Management:
Receive and manage customer inquiries and requests, including CJ Affiliates Customers (Vietnam & Overseas).
Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and provide explanations.
Prepare quotations and sales contracts based on customer specifications.
Project Management:
Handle all project documentation, including sales contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Collaborate with Sales Team leaders to develop project proposals and plans. Analyze and calculate pricing for typical projects, particularly software projects.
Follow invoice and payment schedules with customers and ensure timely collections.
Manage and support the execution of assigned projects.
Forecast project revenue and profit for the entire year.
Administrative and Reporting:
Assist with finding outsourcing personnel for projects when needed.
Assist with monthly closing activities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.
Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with Heads/Leaders in other departments to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as requested by the CEO, Managers, and Sales Team leaders.
