Sales Admin Assistant Manager

• Sales Admin team:
- Training for sales admin staff
- To supervise team activities and ensure that sale orders, contract, promotion are all processed in a correct manner.
- To calculate the public relation expenses
• Price and Promotion Follow-up:
- Support Sale Managers and Area Manager to review and follow the sale budget. Inputting the Budget to the Lotus.
- To make quotation, follow the sale policy and latest update of all sale offices
- Support sales team to build-up and follow promotion scheme for customers. To register the sale promotion to local Trade Affair
- To calculate the costing, margin and support the leader board to set up selling price. Inputing Costing to the Lotus.
• Purchasing:
- To follow material purchasing both domestic and oversea, prepare sale contract, follow delivery and make payment.
- To create all PO on SAP for all departments.
• SAP management:
- To support sale admin team when SAP issue arises
- To manage the table of material code, sale code
- To ensure the accuracy and correspondence of data inputted to SAP
• To prepare report to Sale Manager, Division Manager and Director weekly, monthly, yearly, including sale report, sale bonus report, gross profit report.
• Warehouse: to conduct stock check twice a year in corporate with other departments to review stock q’ty, stock value and product status.

• Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years working experience in the field of Customer Service Manager
- Ability to use SAP system or other systems.
- Diligent, honest
- Ability to work independently and teamwork
- Fluent in English
- University/College Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant area
