Sales Admin (Hỗ trợ kinh doanh sử dụng tiếng Nhật/tiếng Trung/tiếng Hàn/tiếng Anh - Mức lương hấp dẫn 800$ - 1000$/tháng - Làm việc tại Hà Nam)

GSM team is a global sales management team. Together with local salesman, GSM members are working directly with customers, but GSM communication is mainly after D/W.
Procurement sales with customers:
Communication with customers directly, B2B Sales
Discuss with customers directly for Forecasts & Purchasing Order
Forecast processing and management:
Load & Upload future Forecasts to SAP, manage FCST accuracy
PO processing and management:
Create sales order and manage backlog
Escalate critical demands
RTF management
Generate Price Approval Requests
Price registration
Price check
Process Sample Requests: Register sample request (Mass Production , R&D)
Shipment processing:
Forwarder selection and request booking
Send Invoice and Packing list
Create invoice/PL and request shipment
Upload invoice and packing list for KMS shipment to SAP.
QA registration:
Supporting local sales on QA audit and coordinating with internal team to complete the audit
Return order handling and credit note
QA notification registration
AR Management
Payment processing
AR (Account Receivable) check
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Good at Korean/ Korean & English/ Japanese & English / English
Teamwork, communication skill with customers
Experience related to manufacturing such as Sales/ sales admin, purchasing, planning, …
Willing to work under high pressure
Graduated from colleage/university
Preferrably:
- Working experience in Korean companies in similar industrial (if any)
- Experience of using ERP & SAP System
- Live in Ha Nam Province
