Control data and issue reports for MT fundamentals KPI (coverage, OOS, SOS, OSA, Display share,…)
Control data and issue reports of turnovers
Control data and issue reports of sales target allocation from Principals to MT and to channels/regions/stores….
Develop visualization reports and dashboards by using Power BI
MTD App Admin
Manage and support sales on data upload, data management and fulfill operation of MTD App (App to manage Merchandisers/Promoters/MTS,…
Upload working schedule of MTS/Merchandiser/Promoters to MTD App
Manage customer data in system (stores, assortment, coverage,…)
Others
• Summarize sales forecast and cargo allocations
• Support to gathers listing/ price change update/ budgeting status/ meeting minutes,…
• Be ready to support additional tasks as requested by superiors.
• Manage and allocate the distribution of gifts (POSM) to Team Leaders/Supervisors.
• Communicate promotions/New product launches/Re- launches to relevant departments.
• Handle customer credit limit approvals and update on system
Working hours: Monday- Friday: 08:00- 17:00Location: Royal Tower A, No.235 Nguyen Van Cu, Nguyen Cu Trinh, Dist.01, HCMC
