Sales Admin Staff

JOB OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Sales Manager/General Director (Business development), the position holder will be responsible for Sales Support to Sales Team. In addition, he/she is also responsible to provide sales admin to ensure smooth functioning of Sales Team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To prepare and complete Technical Sheets, Quotation, Sales Confirmation, co- ordinate with Sales Team for accurate contents of Quotation and Sales Confirmation.
To organize and prepare sales report (such as projects pipeline and opportunities, weekly visit and project report) and activities (seminar, event etc.), to achieve sales objectives.
To organize delivery of products, including preparation of Delivery Order, Transportation and follow up action to ensure on time delivery and signed Delivery Order to Account Department for monitoring and settlement.
To prepare Sales Contract and profile.
Other works that is within his/ her capacity as requested in the interest of the company.
To manage physical stocks quantity and ensure warehouse tidiness.
To manage Hotel and Air ticket booking for visiting customers.
To assist General Director (Business development)/ Sales Manager for sales follow up and meeting.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma, College or Degree in Business Administration
Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales Administration or relevant fields
Resourceful, outgoing and team player.
Strong presentation and inter- personal relationship skills.
Knowledge in electrical network systems will be advantageous.
Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft Office).
Good literacy in English.
Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure
