Quotation Handling

Propose purchase and selling prices in coordination with Sales to ensure profit margin goals are achieved.
Receive BOM List from Sales/Clients, contact sourcing partners to obtain quotations, calculate cost estimates, and support price negotiation with suppliers to meet the client’s target price. Return the quotation to the responsible Sales (or directly to the Client in some cases).

Customer Care

Regularly contact and maintain communication with clients to update order status.
Create, maintain, and manage customer records, and update them upon any changes.
Establish and strengthen customer relationships through various channels such as phone calls, emails, etc.

Order Tracking

Monitor production progress and quality, coordinate with the Planning Department to ensure timely delivery.
Complete documentation: sales contracts, and follow up on payment collection.
Support Sales in placing bookings on the company’s internal ERP system.

Knowledge

Graduated or final- year student majoring in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications), with an interest in working with data; or majors in Economics, Commerce, Import- Export, or other related fields.

Skills

Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Proficient in English communication (IELTS > 5.5 or TOEIC > 700)
Good communication and negotiation skills
